Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is the process of preparing the placenta for consumption by steaming, dehydrating, and then grinding it into a fine powder. This powder is then placed into capsules for easy ingestion. Proponents of placenta encapsulation believe that consuming the placenta can provide various health benefits, such as helping to balance hormones, increase energy levels, and prevent postpartum depression. It's important to note that there is limited scientific evidence to support these claims, and the practice remains controversial.
